Following services are being provided to the children in the age group of 6 to 16 years.
These services are also open to outside children as well.

CHILD COUNSELLING AND GUIDANCE CLINIC

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS AND COUNSELLING (OPEN FOR NORMAL CHILDREN ALSO)
CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS WITH:
  • Sleeping and eating problems
  • Thumb sucking, nail biting
  • Hyperactivity and poor concentration (ADHD)
  • Frequent Temper Tantrums or hot tempers
  • Fearful/ Fears, separation anxiety
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
  • Emotional and Behavioral problems
  • Attachment issues
CHILDREN FROM 5-12 YEARS WITH:
  • Autism Spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Learning difficulties, Learning Disability (LD) and Poor School Performance (PSP)
  • Dyslexia: Reading, writing, spelling learning difficulties (LD)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Conduct Problems: Aggressive, defiant, truanting, destructive behaviour
  • Depressive disorders: Crying spells, school refusal, sleep difficulties, unexplained physical symptoms
  • Anxiety problems: Separation anxiety, school refusal, specific fears (phobias), social anxiety, exam anxiety
  • Psychosomatic & Conversion disorders: Psychogenic pain, frequent headaches/body aches/stomach aches/neurological symptoms (hysteria) not explained by medical illness
  • Tics: motor (blinking, shoulder shrugging etc) and/or vocal tics (grunting etc)
  • Thumb sucking, nail biting
  • Peer pressures
ADOLESCENTS & YOUNG PEOPLE WITH:
  • Autistic Spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Learning difficulties, Learning Disability (LD) and Poor School Performance (PSP)
  • Dyslexia & learning difficulties (LD)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Adjustment & Interpersonal Problems
  • Depressive disorders: Withdrawn, crying spells, school refusal, sleep difficulties, suicidal ideation, suicidal attempts, hopelessness, academic decline
  • Anxiety problems: Specific fears, social anxiety, many worries, obsessions & compulsions (dirt, checking, counting, symmetry etc) OCD, PTSD, Exam anxiety
  • Conduct Problems: Aggressive, defiant, truanting, destructive behaviour
  • Sleep Problems
  • High risk behaviours
  • Sexual deviant behaviour
  • Psychosis: Sudden abnormal behaviour, sleep disturbances, aggressive behaviour
OTHERS:
  • Children with chronic medical illnesses
  • Children undergone trauma
  • Parenting & family issues
